Van Driver (Full-Time, Part of the Kelling Group) – Sherburn In Elmet
About the Role
Welfare Hire (part of the Kelling Group) are looking for an experienced and dependable Van Driver to join their team at Sherburn In Elmet.
- Hours: 40 hours per week (with a 7.30am start)
- Location: Sherburn In Elmet
Key Responsibilities
- Driving company vans to and from premises as required
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects (including adherence to manufacturer service intervals)
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s health and safety policies and employee handbook procedures
- Preparing vans for hire (valeting, inspection, and testing of welfare vans)
- Undertaking any additional duties as requested by your manager

Requirements
- 2+ years of driving experience (with a valid UK licence)
- Strong communication skills and excellent planning/journey skills
- Attention to detail with a commitment to polite and professional conduct
- Experience in a similar vehicle or welfare services role
