About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused driver to support our healthcare operations through sharp and hazardous medical waste services.
Responsibilities
- Safely collect, transport, and store waste containers at customer locations
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships
- Operate vehicles in a safe and professional manner
- Ensure timely adherence to delivery schedules; proactively communicate adjustments
- Perform loading and unloading tasks, including heavy lifting
- Manage assigned routes efficiently, scaling customer demands to provide consistent service
- Comply with uk driving regulations, maintain accuracy in time-logs, and pass roadside inspections

Requirements
- Valid full UK driving license
- A flexible, proactive attitude paired with strong customer service orientation
- Proven experience in safe vehicle operation (manual transmission preferred)
- Experience in time-based delivery and understanding the importance of an essential service
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy containers
