About The Role
Full training will be provided for the technician aspect of this role.
Are you ready to be part of our rapidly developing business? We are looking for a talented LCV Driver Technician to join our team to ensure timely collection and deliveries from customer sites while consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Operating light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes for transportation of goods
- Performing installation and uninstallation of technical equipment on customer sites
- Carrying out basic maintenance, cleaning, and preparation of equipment, while also supporting with general operations of the business
- Ensuring the vehicle is safe and roadworthy before commencing any journey, as well as safe loading, unloading, and securing of the vehicle load
- Visiting customer locations and communicating with both internal and external customers
- Ensuring adherence to legal and company safety requirements, alongside working time directive regulations at all times

About You
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of driving licence category B, with no more than 6 points
- Proactive approach to safety of company vehicles and other drivers
- A polite manner at all times when visiting customer premises
- Ability to use IT systems
- Good communication skills
- Geographical knowledge (desirable)
- Experience in LCV, multi-drop delivery and collections (desirable)
- Mechanical experience and basic technical capabilities (desirable)
