About the Role
Prime Appointments are recruiting for a Labourer/Van Driver on a temporary-to-permanent basis. Candidates must hold a clean driving licence and be capable of driving.
You will work collaboratively with technicians across multiple sites, operating out of Witham. Duties involve the use of a company van for pickups.

Responsibilities
- Logistics & Support
- Collect parts for technicians
- Deliver parts and supplies to technicians
- Site Management
- Maintain job site tidiness
- Assist with loading/unloading tools and materials
- General Labour
- Perform tasks outdoors across varied weather conditions
Ideal Candidate
- Skills & Experience
- Independent worker with strong teamwork ability
- Physically fit, able to handle manual duties
- Clear communication (written and verbal)
- Valid driving licence with a clean record

Compensation & Benefits
- Rate: £12.71 ph (£12.21–£12.71 to start, rising to £12.71 on-going)
- Hours: Monday–Friday (flexible start times)
- Annual Leave: 20 days + Bank Holidays (BH)
- Pension: Employer contribution
- Payment: Weekly
