Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Van Sales & Distribution Assistant to join our growing brewery team. This role combines delivery driving with customer-facing sales responsibilities, supporting the distribution of our products to an established customer base across Wales.

You will act as a key representative of the business, ensuring excellent service, strengthening customer relationships, and actively promoting and selling our existing and new product ranges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver brewery products safely and efficiently to customers including: Pubs, clubs, and hotels / Convenience stores / Home delivery customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identify opportunities to promote and sell additional or new product lines
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and stock handling
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation
  • Operate and maintain the company vehicle responsibly
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions via Breww software
  • Support business growth by acting as a brand ambassador

  • Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
  • Basic sales skills with a willingness to develop further
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Flexible approach to working days and hours
  • Confident and resilient with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for the brewery industry and belief in the brands you represent
