Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Glasgow City, with a balance of on-site work and some work from home. In this role, team members support the planning and delivery of temporary power and temperature control solutions for events and productions. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

- Coordinating logistics
- Assisting with technical setup and monitoring of equipment

The position also involves problem-solving during live events, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of operational processes. Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or peak event periods may be required.
Qualifications
- Technical and operational skills relevant to temporary power, electrical systems, or temperature control solutions.
- Experience in event support, logistics, or production environments, preferably within the entertainment or live events sector.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and client service skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities, including attention to detail, time management, and the capacity to work under pressure during live events.
- Basic IT proficiency, including use of standard office software and digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Commitment to health, safety, and compliance standards, with a willingness to follow established procedures and learn company protocols.
- Relevant vocational training, certification, or experience in electrical, mechanical, or event production fields is beneficial.
- Ability to travel locally as needed and adapt to a hybrid working environment with both on-site and remote responsibilities.
