Vascular / Duplex Sonographer | NHS Insourcing

Frontline Insourcing — Greater Manchester area, England, United Kingdom (On-site) Long-term contracts · Flexible scheduling · Weekly pay · NHS insourcing

Are you an experienced Vascular or Duplex Sonographer with capacity alongside your existing commitments? Frontline Insourcing is establishing a new vascular insourcing contract across the Warrington, Crewe, and Greater Manchester corridor and is seeking Vascular and Duplex Sonographers to join a dedicated regional delivery team with an immediate start available. Whether you hold a substantive NHS post, work within independent practice, or both — if you have spare capacity and are looking for structured, planned additional work that fits around your existing rota and commitments, we would very much welcome your CV.

About the Contract

This is a new insourcing contract delivering consultant-led vascular sessions within NHS estates across the region. Sessions form part of one-stop see-and-treat clinics alongside Vascular Consultants, with Sonographers working as an integral part of the multidisciplinary team (MDT) on the day.

  • Sessions are planned in advance and scheduled around your existing commitments. This is not ad hoc agency work.
  • The rota will be built around the availability of the clinical team and, where possible, we will ensure you are working close to home.
  • An immediate start is available for the right candidates, we are actively recruiting now.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
