Are you an experienced Vascular or Duplex Sonographer with capacity alongside your existing commitments? Frontline Insourcing is establishing a new vascular insourcing contract across the Warrington, Crewe, and Greater Manchester corridor, seeking Vascular and Duplex Sonographers to join a dedicated regional delivery team with an immediate start available.
Whether you hold a substantive NHS post, work within independent practice, or both — if you have spare capacity and are looking for structured, planned additional work that fits around your existing rota and commitments, we would very much welcome your CV.
About the Contract
This is a new insourcing contract delivering consultant-led vascular sessions within NHS estates across the region. Sessions form part of one-stop see-and-treat clinics, working alongside Vascular Consultants as an integral part of the multidisciplinary team (MDT) on the day.

- Sessions are planned in advance and scheduled around your existing commitments

Wherever possible, we construct regional clinical teams to match Sonographers with sites closest to their home base limiting travel and accommodation requirements. However, if you are open to travel combined with existing commitments, we’d love to hear from you. We adapt to even small opportunities where there is capacity.

What We Are Looking For
Core Requirements
- Current HCPC registration (or equivalent professional registration)
- Demonstrated experience in vascular ultrasound sonography (including arterial & venous duplex scanning)
- Experience in one-stop vascular clinics and/or MDT collaborations, ideal but not mandatory
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain before deployment)
- Availability and commitment for planned insourcing sessions (preferably with immediate availability) alongside substantive or independent work
Desirable Qualities
- Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, clinician-led elective vascular care within NHS estates and compliance with NHS clinical governance standards
