Vertu VC Admin Hub based in Northampton

Are you organised, detail-focused, and looking for a role where your skills make a real difference? We’re excited to welcome a Vehicle Administrator to our friendly team at Vertu VC Admin Hub in Northampton.

Salary: Up to £27,000 (based on skills and experience)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday – no weekends

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly by:

  • Accurately processing invoices and vehicle taxation on time.
  • Creating and maintaining vehicle and customer records to ensure a clean, reliable database.
  • Supporting internal and external customers with excellent service.
  • Ordering vehicles from the factory, arranging subcontract work, and managing orders through to delivery.

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
  • Kerridge experience is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Strong IT, PC, and numerical skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
