Job Summary
Pay: Up to £26,000 per year
Following the tremendous success of our Cannock-based OMODA and JAECOO dealership, to manage the ever-growing demands of the public for these two incredibly popular brands, we are opening a brand-new showroom to be based on Stafford Street in Wolverhampton.
Following this exciting new dealership launch, we are now looking to recruit a full time, permanent Vehicle Sales Administrator to be based at our brand-new Wolverhampton showroom.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of one of the world’s fastest growing automotive brands and help us continue introducing the public to OMODA and JAECOO’s array of innovative vehicles.
The Role
As a Vehicle Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by ensuring all vehicle orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining precise records, coordinating vehicle logistics, and ensuring all documentation is completed in line with dealership and manufacturer standards.
This is a fast-paced and detail-focused role where accuracy and organisation are essential. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a structured environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and take pride in delivering a seamless administrative process behind the scenes of the sales journey.

You will be responsible for supporting the full vehicle ordering and delivery process, ensuring every step is completed correctly from initial order through to vehicle registration and handover preparation.
The successful candidate will understand the importance of accuracy, compliance, and communication in delivering an efficient and professional sales administration function within a busy dealership environment.
Daily Responsibilities Will Include
- Complete and process all vehicle orders accurately detailing all specifications and factory-fitted extras.
- Monitor availability of vehicles ordered and transit to Dealership.
- Create files for all new vehicles into stock and stock record book showing all vehicle details.
- Complete documentation for new car sales and PDI instructions and monitor continuously the process of PDI, plating, and fitting of accessories.
- Arrange registration and vehicle excise license for all sold vehicles.
- Other duties as required from time to time.

About You
- Must be computer literate.
- Previous experience in Motor Trade Vehicle admin role.
- Experience of working with Microsoft office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well presented at all times.
- Good organisational skills and punctuality.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday (08:30 - 17:00)
