An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Administrator to join Lloyd West Cumbria based in Workington.

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of a busy dealership operation. If you’re proactive, enthusiastic, and take pride in delivering outstanding administrative support, we’d love to hear from you.

Salary: £12.75 - £14.00 per hour DOE

Hours: 08:30 - 17:00

About The Role

This is a pivotal role within the dealership, working closely with the Sales Management and Finance teams while supporting the wider sales operation.

  • You’ll be responsible for managing key vehicle administration processes with accuracy, efficiency and professionalism ensuring every customer journey runs smoothly behind the scenes.
  • The role involves liaising across departments, maintaining compliance standards, and working with manufacturer systems and industry regulations including GDPR, HMRC, FCA, DVLA, and RAV requirements.

The Ideal Vehicle Administrator

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experienced in vehicle or dealership administration
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
  • Experienced with Kerridge systems (desirable but not essential)
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
  • Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Experience within a busy administrative environment is essential, ideally within the automotive sector.
