Vehicle Co-ordinator Position
We are now recruiting for a Vehicle Co-ordinator to join our Bodyshop department.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out the custody inspection of customer vehicles
- Deal with customers in a professional manner
- Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
Hours of Work
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Salary
- £13.45 per hour

Main Duties Of The Role
- Drive vehicles in a safe, lawful manner taking into account the weather and traffic conditions, reporting all faults with the vehicles you drive.
- Complete all relevant paperwork with the customer, ensuring that the customer is treated in a professional and effective manner.
- Complete vehicle condition reports on courtesy vehicles and customer vehicles.
- Be responsible for the collection of payment and receipts, and to ensure that the correct banking procedures are followed on the return to the office.

Requirements
- A full UK driving license.
- Good understanding of modern vehicles.
- Experience of face to face customer contact.
- Good communication skills and telephone manner.
Previous experience of inspecting vehicle damage would be advantageous but is not essential.
