Vertu Accident Repair Centre Harrogate
Vertu Accident Repair Centre Harrogate is looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team.
We’re offering a competitive salary up to £39,000, plus an excellent range of company benefits.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing accurate repair estimates using manufacturer methods, clearly outlining work required and ensuring estimates are fair and reasonable through effective negotiation with insurance engineers. You’ll support management in maintaining efficient processes that deliver customer satisfaction levels consistently above the national manufacturer average.

You’ll work confidently with both colleagues and customers, using internal systems and strong communication skills. Experience with Audatex or GT Motive is an advantage, though full training will be provided. ATA Accreditation is desirable, or you should be willing to work towards this.
You’ll also ensure all documentation is completed to a high standard, maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety policies, and uphold excellent site housekeeping.
