The Opportunity
Join our Diverse, Energetic, Award-Winning Downtime Team as a Vehicle Downtime Controller/Vehicle Repair Coordinator. Help restore client vehicles to the road swiftly—experience preferred but not required.
Key Highlights:
- Hybrid working possible after a monsoon-to-do format (Monday–Friday onsite for 6 months).
- Competitive salary: £28,000 per annum, rising to £28,500 post-probation review.

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Manage Vehicle Off-Road Cases (VOR) with precise documentation and timely updates.
- Coordinate vehicle repairs across Masterserve and dealership networks.
- Minimise downtime via supplier/resolution comparisons.
Technical & Operational Support
- Identify trends, spot technical concerns, and collaborate with technical teams, manufacturers, or external repairers.
- Track manufacturer cases, parts backorders, loss-of-use arrangements, and replacement vehicles.
- Handle incident reporting/calls: suppliers, customers, and manufacturers.
Coordination & Process Control
- Ensure customer authorizations flow smoothly, reducing delays.
- Organise complex vehicle transfers across repair sites.
- Close VOR events by processing off-hire rentals and finalising administrative records.
- Track and promote continuous improvement via quality audits or special projects.
