About The Role
Recruitable Staffing are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Electrical Technician to join a busy manufacturing and automotive environment based in Leamington Spa.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong experience in vehicle electrics, wiring, cable routing and loom installation who is looking for a stable weekday role, competitive hourly pay and the chance to work within a professional automotive setting.
The role would suit someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, has strong attention to detail and is confident working from wiring diagrams, build sheets and technical instructions.

Key Responsibilities
- Routing, running and securing cables and looms within vehicles
- Building, fitting and connecting wiring looms to specification
- Connecting electrical components including lights, switches, sensors and control units
- Working from wiring diagrams, build sheets and technical instructions
- Carrying out basic fault finding, testing and visual inspections
- Ensuring all work meets quality, safety and build standards
- Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe
- Working as part of a team to meet production and quality targets
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in vehicle electrics or automotive wiring
- Confident routing cables and looms to a high standard of finish
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Quality-first approach to work
- Reliable, proactive and professional attitude
- Right to work in the UK
