Vehicle Finance Performance Manager
This position offers a competitive basic salary, an excellent benefits package, a Mazda vehicle and a 12.5% annual bonus.
The role in a nutshell: Manage the Finance & Insurance (F&I) Performance across a designated number of Dealer Partners.
About the ‘Department': The Mazda Financial Services (MFS) Team are a brand dedicated group working to support the sales of new and used Mazda vehicles with customer focused finance programmes creating affordability and accessibility to the Mazda brand.
What you'll be doing:
Build value with your Mazda partners agreeing F&I business plans designed to demonstrate the value F&I can add to their business and their customers Work with your designated Mazda partners to develop and implement consistent customer focused finance sales processes, enabling consumers to make informed vehicle funding decisions which lead to good customer outcomes Drive Used car finance performance through structured and targeted review meetings linked to support levels. Identify and implement action plans to address performance issues in collaboration with your Line Manager Collaborate closely with Dealer partners and MMUK to demonstrate the value of Total Trade Cycle Management. Ensure consistency of robust structures, processes, capability and capacity are in place to fully maximise renewal opportunities Conduct quarterly C4L performance reviews with Dealer partners to assess lead activity and outbound contact quality. Identify improvement opportunities to ensure consistent, high‑quality customer engagement aligned to Mazda expected outcomes Hold quarterly reviews with on site management to include TCF and oversight performance data - agreeing appropriate remedial actions as required Escalate any oversight concerns to senior partner management and internal MFS management as requested

Use your knowledge and skills to develop innovative solutions to build stakeholder value Suggest improvements to the department's processes and procedures (where appropriate), encouraging a work culture of continuous improvement. Build strategic relationships with on site Management Team to drive performance improvements Develop open and proactive communication with all stakeholders (MFS/TFS/MMUK) when a network issue is identified ensuring timely actions and resolutions are implemented
Requirements
Key Experience & Skills:
Understanding of vehicle sales process Knowledge of all consumer finance products Understanding of consumer credit regulation Sales experience in motor vehicle environment Strong negotiation skills

Good time management and organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication, including confidence in presenting Self-motivated and proactive worker Keen attention to detail Able to work effectively with all levels of staff and external partners Customer first mindset
