Telesales Advisor - Vehicle Inspections

Location: RAC Bescot, Walsall (fully office based)

Start Date: July 2026

Salary: £25,369.80 per annum

Hours: 40 per week | Full-Time

Shifts: Monday-Saturday on a rotating basis

  • Mon-Fri: 08:00-16:30 / 09:00-17:30 / 09:30-18:00
  • Sat: 09:00-17:30 (rotational approx 1 per month)

Training

You must be able to commit to two weeks full-time training (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00).

What you’ll do

  • Identify and convert vehicle inspection sales opportunities to exceed targets
  • Maximise opportunities through inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, and web enquiries
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to match customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure consistency
  • Handle objections confidently, positioning product benefits to secure sales
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, FCA compliance, and essential learning
  • Contribute to continuous improvement with ideas that drive growth
