Telesales Advisor - Vehicle Inspections
Location: RAC Bescot, Walsall (fully office based)
Start Date: July 2026
Salary: £25,369.80 per annum
Hours: 40 per week | Full-Time
Shifts: Monday-Saturday on a rotating basis
- Mon-Fri: 08:00-16:30 / 09:00-17:30 / 09:30-18:00
- Sat: 09:00-17:30 (rotational approx 1 per month)
Training
You must be able to commit to two weeks full-time training (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00).

What you’ll do
- Identify and convert vehicle inspection sales opportunities to exceed targets
- Maximise opportunities through inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, and web enquiries
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to match customer needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure consistency
- Handle objections confidently, positioning product benefits to secure sales
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, FCA compliance, and essential learning
- Contribute to continuous improvement with ideas that drive growth

What we’re looking for
- Experience in sales and customer service environments
- Driven to achieve sales and service targets
- Positive mindset, resilient under pressure, and confident decision-making
- Strong administration and organisation skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner
- Problem-solving ability and competence in Microsoft Office applications
