About The Role
As a key member of our Fleet Team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough vehicle inspections across our fleet. This is also a customer-facing role, so you will play an important part in representing the business and upholding our high standards of service and professionalism.

Reporting Lines
This role reports to the Asset Manager
Accountabilities
- Inspecting vehicles and recording evidence of any damage
- Customer facing role where by delivering customer service in a fast pace environment to our internal and external clients
- Prioritising work load to ensure effective and efficient running of the department
- Ensuring our fleet systems are updated with the correct information
- Dealing with in house software systems
- Ensuring health and safety is adhered to whilst moving vehicles on site

Hours
Monday to Friday - 10:00 to 18:00 (Flexibility to work some Saturdays)
About You
- You will have a Full UK driving licence
- Confident using IT systems including our inspection tablets
- Some knowledge of vehicle damage is preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
