About the Role
We are seeking highly ambitious, results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our growing broker division - Pink Vehicle Leasing. This is a key role for individuals who are motivated by success, thrive on exceeding targets, and are eager to build a long-term career within a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering tailored leasing solutions to both new and existing clients. You will be expected to take full ownership of your sales pipeline, proactively generate opportunities, and consistently convert leads into profitable business.
This role is suited to individuals who are hungry to succeed, confident in their abilities, and excited by the opportunity to earn uncapped commission through strong performance. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales Support teams, ensuring a seamless and professional customer journey from initial enquiry through to contract completion and renewal.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospective customers to identify needs and deliver tailored leasing solutions.
- Confidently manage the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to deal completion.
- Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and proposals in line with customer requirements.
- Follow up leads via phone and email with persistence and professionalism to maximise conversion.
- Identify and develop opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
- Manage existing client relationships, including contract renewals and end-of-contract options.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and product developments within the leasing sector.

Candidate Profile
This role is not suited to passive or average performers. We are looking for individuals who are genuinely ambitious and motivated to build a successful sales career. You will ideally demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive (motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential).
- A strong desire to succeed, progress, and maximise earning potential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Confidence in building rapport and establishing long-term client relationships.
- A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid UK driving licence and a clean driving record.
- The ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
