Are you the right person for the job?
- Previous experience in the vehicle rental sector is a bonus, but not required
- Applications welcomed from candidates with customer service or administrative experience
- Exceptional communication skills (in person, writing, and over the phone)
- Problem-solving ability in independent work and collaboration
- Computer proficiency
- Full, valid UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)
- Right to work in the UK

What You’ll Do:
- Report to the Branch Rental Manager and collaborate as part of the team
- Tackle customer inquiries with tactful approach
- Allocate vehicles, coordinate collections, and deliveries efficiently
- Contribute to achieving set profit and performance targets
- Maintain safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in the branch’s operations
