Vehicle Sales Bonus Administrator / Accounts Assistant (Part-Time) – Norwich
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vehicle Sales Bonus Administrator / Accounts Assistant, supporting our growing multi-brand dealer group. This is a part-time position, offering between 20–30 hours per week, ideal for someone looking for flexibility within a professional and fast-paced environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking and expanding dealer group. Motor trade experience is not essential, although some experience would be an advantage, however full training will be provided for the right candidate.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Head of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for the management, reconciliation, and collection of all vehicle sales bonuses and support payments for our portfolio of 30 brands and 6 locations. Your duties will include:
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of all vehicle sales bonus schemes, support payments, and manufacturer incentives
- Proactively chasing and collecting outstanding bonus payments from manufacturers and partners
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies between expected and received payments, liaising with manufacturers where required
- Reconciling bonus income against vehicle sales data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Working closely with internal sales and accounts teams to ensure all claims are submitted correctly and in a timely manner
- Monitoring aged debt and producing regular reports on outstanding bonuses and cash flow impact
- Supporting the wider finance function with reporting, analysis, and audit requirements
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and maximise bonus recovery across the group

Remuneration And Benefits
We offer a competitive package of £30,000 (full-time equivalent, pro-rata for part-time hours) along with:

About You
You will be highly organised, analytical, and persistent, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple streams of information effectively. You will be confident communicating with both internal teams and external partners.

- Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or administrative role is desirable
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel
- A proactive and methodical approach with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
