Salary £14.29 per hour + enhanced overtime Job Title: Fueller/Shunter/Cleaner – Late Shift 16:30 to 01:00
Location: Stagecoach Peterborough
Salary: Competitive + Enhanced Overtime Rates
Shift Pattern: Late shift, 5 days out of 7 (includes weekends)
Are you reliable, hard-working, and looking for a secure job with great benefits? We’re on the lookout for a Fueller/Shunter/Cleaner to join our Engineering team in Peterborough. If you’re someone who takes pride in doing a job well, can work flexibly, and enjoys working as part of a team – or independently when needed – we want to hear from you!
What you'll be doing:
- Fuelling and preparing our vehicles for the next day’s service
- Washing and cleaning the interior and exterior of our fleet to high standards
- Shunting and safely parking vehicles within depot confines
- Checking fluid levels and carrying out basic daily checks
- General premises cleaning and maintaining a tidy working environment
What you’ll need:
- A full UK driving licence is essential
- A PCV or HGV licence would be a bonus – or experience driving large vehicles
- Flexibility to meet the demands of the late/night shift rota
- A strong work ethic and a team-focused attitude
Full training will be provided – including the opportunity to gain a PCV licence for the right candidate.
