** Vehicle Technician/Mechanic – On Target Earnings Up To £42,420 ✧ CRITICAL Role ✧**
Salary & Benefits
- On-target earnings up to £42,420
- Base salary of £31,480 – £36,620
- Uncapped monthly bonus scheme (average additional earnings of £5,800 per year)
- 5 days a week (Centre closed on Sundays)

As a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic, you’ll be skilled in:
- Servicing and repair/replacement work
- Diagnostics (vehicle electrics, brake, steering and suspension systems)
- Complex tasks — clutches, timing belt replacements, coolant and diesel injector work, electrical repairs

Requirements
Essential
- Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or proven time-served experience
- Full UK driving license (9 points or fewer)
- Experience in:
- Diagnostics (brakes, steering/suspension, engine)
- Complex repairs & replacements (e.g. head gasket, brakes, electrical faults)
