Vehicle Technician
Vehicle Technician / Mechanic – On-Target Earnings up to £45,000
- Base Salary: £32,790 – £38,100
- Uncapped Bonus: Monthly scheme with average additional earnings of £6,900 per year
- Working Hours: 5 days a week (Note: This centre is closed on Sundays)
- Additional Earnings: Refer a friend scheme (Terms & Conditions apply)

About the Role – Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
You will be skilled in servicing and performing repair and replacement work across vehicles. Your responsibilities may include:
- Performing diagnostic work on vehicle electrics
- Repairing/replacing brakes, steering, suspension systems
- Completing clutch and timing belt replacements
- Maintaining electrical and mechanical systems
Progression opportunities are available, including access to hybrid training, along with our ATA qualifications (where applicable) and MOT Tester Qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle faults (electronics, mechanical, steering/suspension, steering).
- Complete complex repair and maintenance tasks (coolant/diesel injectors, head gaskets/brake repairs, electrical indemnification).
- Work independently & safely, following best practices underpinned by state of the art workshop equipment, technical data (TECH2, Omni) and training.file.
- Test the vehicle post-repair/replacement to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers, detailing work completed and necessary follow-up points.

Essential Requirements
- Technical qualification: Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's licence with no more than 9 points on record
- Experience in:
- Diagnostics (brakes, steering/suspension, engine)
- More complex repairs (coolant/diesel injectors, head gasket, brakes, electrical)
