Location: Hedin Automotive (North London, East London, Kent) Salary: Up to £60,000 OTE, uncapped earnings with overtime on Saturdays

Main Duties
As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to BMW/MINI UK standards
- Performing high-quality maintenance and repairs following manufacturer guidelines, ensuring safety and optimal vehicle performance
- Conducting thorough inspections of vehicle components to identify wear, damage, or required replacements
- Meeting productivity and quality targets
- Advising customers on additional repair needs and providing expert technical guidance
- Communicating professionally with customers via video health checks and CitNows
- Staying updated on technical advancements and BMW/MINI innovations
- Road testing vehicles when required
Your Profile
We’re looking for candidates with:
- An IMI Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification (equivalent accepted)
- Experience in a main dealer or reputable service/repair environment (preferably BMW/MINI)
- Strong expertise in complex repairs and maintenance
- Full eligibility to work in the UK with a clean driving licence (minimum 1-year validity)
