Job Title: Vehicle Technician

About the Role
We’re offering a basic salary up to £42,500, depending on your skills and experience, plus unlimited earning potential through an annual over-performance bonus.
Enhanced Signing Incentives:
- £3,000 sign-on bonus
- £1,500 in month 1
- £1,500 retention bonus in month 13
Role Overview: At Vertu BMW York, technicians are integral to meeting the high standards reflecting the BMW brand. In this role, you will:
- Service, maintain, and repair BMW vehicles to precise brand standards.
- Carry out routine servicing, diagnostics, and complex repairs to ensure first-time fix success.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, aligning with the BMW brand ethos.

What We’re Looking For
- Qualification: Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
- Experience: Proven track record as a Vehicle Technician
- MOT licence: Preferred but not mandatory
- Equipment: Must provide your own tools
- Licence: Full UK driving licence required
