Main Duties & Responsibilities
Your role will be fast-paced, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. You’ll ensure every vehicle leaves the workshop:
- Meets BMW/MINI UK quality standards
- Runs safely, reliably, and efficiently
Key responsibilities include:
- Vehicular diagnosis & repair
- Completing precisions repairs to manufacturer guidelines
- Thoroughly inspecting components (identifying wear, damage or required replacements)
- Meeting productivity & quality targets

Customer engagement
- Providing expert technical advice to customers via video check-ups (CitNows)
- Communicating professionally and clearly to build trust

- Staying current on BMW/MINI innovations and developments
- Conducting road tests when needed
Your Profile (Essential Requirements)
We’re seeking a skilled, motivated Technician with:
- IMI Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience in a main dealer or high-reputation service environment (BMW/MINI preferred)
- Proven track record for complex repairs & maintenance
- Full UK work eligibility including valid UK driving licence (minimum 1 year)
