Vehicle Technician
Vehicle Technician / Mechanic – On-Site
Remuneration & Benefits
- On-target earnings up to £43,400 per annum
- Base salary: £33,000–£36,800 per annum
- Uncapped monthly bonus (average of £6,600 additional earnings per year)
- 5-day work week
- Extra earnings via our "Refer a Friend" scheme (T&Cs apply)
About the Role

As a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic, you’ll:
- Perform skilled servicing and repair/replacement tasks (e.g. clutches, timing belts).
- Carry out diagnostics on vehicle electrical systems, brakes, steering, suspension.
- Build expertise in technical problem-solving and complex vehicle repairs.

Skills & Experience
Essential
✔ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent experience). ✔ Full driving licence (with up to 9 penalty points only). ✔ Experience as a technician/mechanic able to diagnose/repair:
- Brakes
- Steering/suspension systems
- Engine components
- Specialists: Coolant systems, diesel injectors, head gaskets, electrical faults
