Salary: £32,000–£42,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £60,000)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Vehicle Technician to join a busy and successful Mercedes-Benz dealership in Hatfield. Working within a premium manufacturer environment, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while delivering the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
- Carry out vehicle health checks and identify additional repair opportunities.
- Complete all workshop documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Utilise manufacturer diagnostic equipment and systems.
- Ensure work is completed within agreed timescales and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
- Support workshop efficiency and contribute to team performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, or Diagnostic Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.
