Job Title: Vehicle Technician

Location: Horsham Geely

About The Role

As a Vehicle Technician at Horsham Geely, you'll be a key member of our new and growing team, ensuring every Geely vehicle receives the highest standard of care and maintenance. You'll carry out a variety of technical tasks, from routine servicing to complex diagnostics and repairs, while maintaining the exceptional customer service standards that Drift Bridge Group is known for.

Whether you’re newly qualified or looking to take the next step in your career, Horsham Geely offers a supportive environment that encourages development, teamwork, and excellence.

Hours: 45-hour week Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings (5 hours) on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Routine Maintenance: Carry out scheduled servicing, oil changes, tyre checks, and brake inspections.
  • Diagnostics and Repairs: Use specialist diagnostic tools to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues across Geely models.
  • Parts Replacement: Fit and replace components such as brakes, filters, and belts, ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards.
  • Customer Communication: Clearly explain vehicle issues and recommended repairs to customers in an approachable, professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain precise service and repair records in line with company and manufacturer requirements.
  • Safety Standards: Follow all workshop safety protocols and procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Ongoing Learning: Keep up to date with the latest Geely technologies and diagnostic methods through training and development.
