Earn between £28,000 and £41,000, based on skills and experience. This is based on a 40-hour working week, with Saturdays paid as overtime, plus the opportunity to earn an additional over-performance bonus.

Technicians holding a nationally recognised Level 3 Light Vehicle qualification may start at JLR Level 3.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering an honest, reliable, and professional experience for every customer. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

- Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to the highest standards
- Applying your technical expertise to both routine and complex repairs
- Taking pride in achieving quality results and first-time fixes

Salary Tiers (Based On Skills And Accreditation)
- Prep Technician – Up to £35,000
- Service & Maintenance Technician – Up to £36,200
- Service & Diagnostic Technician - Up to £38,600
- Senior Technician - Up to £41,000
What You’ll Need
- A relevant qualification (e.g., City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Automotive)
- Hands-on experience working as a Vehicle Technician at a main dealership
- Your own set of tools
- A full UK driving licence
