Location & Working Hours
Branch: Charles Hurst Belfast Jeep Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:15 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (rota basis; required 1 in 4 Saturdays)
Salary:
- OTE (On-the-Job total earnings) of up to £40,600 per year (including £32,000–£34,000 base salary + £6,600 potential annual bonus)
The Role: Level 3 Technician
This Level 3 Technician position is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for high-quality technical work, problem-solving, and continuing professional development. You’ll work alongside Aftersales Manager, Noel Hamilton, and will receive comprehensive training, including:
- Manufacturer-accredited programmes
- Hybrid & Electric vehicle training

Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to brand standards
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and right-first-time
- Prepare and quality-check vehicles before customer handover
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, workplace safety, and customer satisfaction

Skills, Experience & Requirements
To succeed as a Level 3 Technician at Charles Hurst Belfast Jeep, you will need:
- NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair (or an equivalent qualification)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on practical skills
- Confident proficiency in using modern diagnostic tools and equipment
- A proactive attitude toward learning and professional development
- A full, clean driving licence
