Charles Hurst Belfast Citroen
Flexible hours available
5 day working week hours: Monday–Thursday 8.15–5pm, Friday 8.30–4. Saturday 9–1pm on a rota basis (1 in 4).
OTE up to £46,600 including £32,000-£40,000 basic per annum + £6,600 bonus potential

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Level 3 Technician to join our growing team at Charles Hurst Citroen in Belfast. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to continue developing their technical skills. You’ll be supported by our Aftersales Manager, Noel Hamilton, and benefit from ongoing training, including manufacturer-accredited programmes and Hybrid & Electric vehicle training to help you progress your career. Our technicians play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, and we want you to be part of our continued success. Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to Peugeot standards
- Diagnose and resolve a range of mechanical and electrical faults
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and right first time
- Prepare and quality-check vehicles prior to customer handover
- Maintain high levels of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction

Skills And Experience Required
- NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent
- Strong mechanical skills
- Confident using modern diagnostic tools and equipment
- A proactive approach to learning and development
- Full, clean driving licence
