Vehicle Technician – Norwich

£38,000 – £45,000 Basic Salary | Full-Time | Permanent
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and well-established dealership in Norwich. This is a fantastic chance to work with a professional team, benefit from ongoing manufacturer training, and enjoy excellent earning potential and career progression.
The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest standards, ensuring every vehicle is completed efficiently and safely while delivering an exceptional level of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
- Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional work where required.
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or independent garage.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- MOT Tester qualification is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Full UK driving licence.
