Technicians holding a nationally recognised Level 3 Light Vehicle qualification may start at JLR Level 3.
Your Role As a Vehicle Technician
- Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs to the highest standards of precision and quality.
- Bring expertise across all aspects of vehicle care, from straightforward servicing to complex diagnostics.
- Focus on delivering first-time fixes, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust in our service.

Salary Tiers For Technicians
- Service & Maintenance Technician + MOT Tester: Up to £36,200
- Service & Diagnostic Technician + MOT Tester: Up to £38,600
- Senior Technician + MOT Tester: Up to £41,000
- Master Technician & MOT Tester: Basic salary up to £45,800
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- A formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
- Current experience as a Vehicle Technician.
- A full UK driving licence and your own tools.
