Join the Charge: Vehicle Technicians Wanted in Solihull!
Are you ready to be at the forefront of the automotive revolution? E-ppl, a powerhouse in Managed Services for global OEMs, is gearing up for an explosive end to the year. We are looking for elite Vehicle Technicians to join our specialist team in Solihull for high-impact, long-term contracts.
From supporting critical launch phases to executing precision rework and managing batch and hold quality campaigns, your expertise will ensure the next generation of vehicles hits the road in peak condition.
The Role: Vehicle Technician
This isn't just a repair job—it's a chance to work with the latest EV technologies, including P/HEV and M/HEV systems including:
Comprehensive Vehicle Rework: Fitting and stripping both mechanical and body parts, including body panels, interiors, gearboxes, engines, and suspensions Precision Component Management: Identifying, accessing, and removing damaged components and replacing them to manufacturer standards Technical Execution: Reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams to support complex vehicle projects Diagnostics & Problem Solving: Running advanced vehicle diagnostics and solving complex electronic faults Data Integrity: Logging all repairs manually or on a digital data system with detailed reporting of work completed Efficiency & Standards: Performing all assigned tasks in a timely and economic manner, adhering to manufacturer or locally negotiated schedules

Requirements
If you have a proactive attitude and a passion for automotive excellence, we want to hear from you. You'll need:
A high school diploma and a recognised vehicle technician qualification (or equivalent). Proven work experience as a technician and the ability to operate advanced diagnostic equipment. The resilience to work in confined spaces and the independence to deliver high-quality results efficiently. Strong communication skills to thrive within a managed turn-key solution environment.

Top-Tier Pay: Earn between £15 and £16.50 per hour (based on experience and performance reviews). Premium Overtime: Boost your earnings with weekend overtime at premium rates. Flexible Contracts: Ongoing work paid via Limited Company or Umbrella (Outside IR35). Varied Shifts: Between 8-hour and 12-hour shifts over a 7-day period
