Role Description
The Vehicle Wrapper/Graphics Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in Luton. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves using specialized tools and techniques to apply materials smoothly, ensuring alignment, durability, and a high-quality finish. The installer will inspect completed work, make necessary adjustments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Additional tasks may include:
- Assisting with basic design layout
- Coordinating with team members on project timelines
- Communicating professionally with clients and colleagues
Qualifications
- Practical skills in vehicle wrapping, vinyl application, and graphics installation, with strong attention to detail and finish quality.
- Experience with measuring, cutting, and using hand tools and installation equipment safely and accurately.
- Ability to read and follow design specifications, templates, and work orders, including basic understanding of layout and alignment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex surfaces, curves, and edges, and to troubleshoot installation challenges.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to stand, bend, and work with hands-on tasks for extended periods.
- Prior experience in sign making, vehicle graphics, printing, or a related trade is highly beneficial.
- Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK preferred.
