🚀 Vendor Manager – Security | £55k Base + OTE (up to £80k) | UK
A great opportunity for an experienced Vendor Manager to join a technology solutions business, taking full ownership of relationships with named security vendors. Sitting within the Marketing & Vendor function and reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll manage the complete vendor product portfolio — driving commercial performance, maximising MDF and rebates, maintaining certifications, and acting as the internal and external subject matter expert for your vendors.
✨ Why this role stands out:
- Real commercial ownership — manage pipeline, deal registrations, funded heads, MDF and rebates across your vendor portfolio, with direct visibility into business performance at SLT level through monthly reporting
- Broad cross-functional influence — working across sales, marketing, account management and senior leadership from both sides of the vendor relationship, including running QBRs with senior stakeholders from both organisations
- Genuine subject matter expert status — internally shaping strategy through an annual business plan, and externally representing the business at vendor events, meetings and customer engagements
If you're experienced in vendor alliances and want genuine ownership of a security portfolio at a growing technology business, this is well worth a conversation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
