Job Title – Venture Architect
Job Type - Full time
Location – Remote
Role Benefits - Competitive Salary + Benefits Package and more
Become part of making the impossible possible.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Venture Architect who will also act as the early-stage Product Manager for the ventures they create.
This is a hands-on, founder-like role. You will identify commercially attractive opportunity spaces and take ideas from customer discovery through to MVP launch and early traction, owning both the venture thesis and the product decisions needed to prove whether something should scale.
A core part of the role is using, and pioneering AI tools to accelerate venture creation, from research and synthesis to prototyping, product definition, and market validation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and validate high-potential venture opportunities based on customer needs, market dynamics, and commercial viability
- Own the venture end-to-end:
- Problem framing
- Jobs-to-be-done
- Value proposition
- Business model
- Right-to-play criteria
- Develop early business cases, unit economics, and commercial scenarios to support investment decisions
- Act as Product Manager from day one, defining MVP scope and prioritizing learning over perfection
- Use AI tools to rapidly create and test prototypes, landing pages, demos, and concepts to validate demand
- Run fast build-measure-learn cycles to de-risk decisions before scaling investment
- Mobilise and align cross-functional teams, and manage senior stakeholders
- Facilate stage-gate, funding, and investment decisions with executive leadership
- Lead customer discovery, pilots, and early commercial tests (including pricing and willingness-to-pay)
- Define the initial go-to-market approach and support early customer traction
- Test, evaluate, and pioneer new ways of using AI to transform and accelerate the venturing process itself
Requirements
- Experience as a founder, EIR, Venture Architect, innovation consultant, or early-stage (0-to-1) Product Manager
- Proven ability to take a product or venture from idea through to launch
- Strong commercial judgement—able to spot what is truly valuable, not just interesting
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and owning outcomes end-to-end
- Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools for research, prototyping, and validation
- Commercially sharp, with strong customer empathy and product instincts
- High commercial drive, including the ability to design and build using no-code tools
- Bonus: experience in deep-tech, enterprise, or B2B environments, venture studios, or startup/scale-up ecosystems

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
