Rather than acting as a traditional advisor or middleman, Venture & Prosper partners closely with founders and management teams to refine their story, design commercial models, build go-to-market strategies, and prepare for investors. The company offers a modular portfolio of services across go-to-market planning, product marketing, investor readiness, funding strategy, commercial and SaaS modeling, marketing capabilities, data and insights, mentoring, mental health and well-being, tech innovation, and investor due diligence.

Venture & Prosper focuses on helping ventures “Start Smarter, Scale Stronger,” supporting stakeholders from early-stage startups to growth-stage scale-ups.

Role Description

The Venture Builder Associates & Partners (various roles) are varied and remote positions focused on supporting and co-building high-potential ventures alongside founders, management teams, and investors.

In this role, individuals collaborate with clients to clarify their vision, sharpen their narrative, and define market opportunities, while contributing to go-to-market strategies, product marketing initiatives, and commercial model design.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market and competitive research
  • Developing strategic plans and financial models
  • Preparing investor-ready materials
  • Shaping frameworks for funding, traction, and risk reduction

Associates & Partners work hands-on with stakeholders to implement growth experiments, track measurable outcomes, and refine strategies based on data and insights. The role also involves mentoring founders, contributing to thought leadership, and engaging in continuous improvement of Venture & Prosper’s methodologies and service offerings.

Qualification Examples Across the Various Roles

  • Experience in venture building, startup or scale-up environments, with skills in business strategy, commercial modelling, and go-to-market planning.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including market research, data and insights interpretation, and financial modelling for investor readiness and funding strategy.
  • Proficiency in product marketing disciplines such as market sizing, ICP definition, messaging and positioning, and understanding of PMF (product–market fit).
  • Ability to develop investor-facing materials, including pitch narratives, decks, and supporting documentation for equity, debt, and other funding structures.
  • Background in marketing, sales, or growth roles, with knowledge of B2B and B2C channels, digital marketing principles, and SaaS, AI, or tech-enabled business models.
  • Experience working with technology and innovation teams, including familiarity with MVP development, software or AI products, and practical collaboration with technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, mentor
