About the Opportunity
Freshminds has partnered with a multi-strategy private investment firm seeking a Venture Capital Associate to join its team. The firm focuses on early-stage investments within the growth equity space, investing globally across a diverse range of industries and asset classes, with a particular focus on AI-driven opportunities in the US market.
This role would suit candidates with experience in investment banking, consulting, strategy, or a broader investment environment who are looking to move into a more commercially focused position. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy analytical problem-solving, research, and building strong stakeholder relationships.

What You'll Do
- Work closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff to conduct research on markets, industry trends, and strategic opportunities.
- Support LP and investor communications, helping to manage and strengthen key stakeholder relationships.
- Assess operating models, planning processes, and organizational systems to identify investment opportunities and areas for value creation.
- Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives across the investment portfolio.

What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, venture capital, or private equity.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear insights.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
