About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and ambitious Venture Development Manager to lead the next phase of United Media’s growth. As the main driver behind our expansion, you’ll focus on scaling our industry-leading conference and media businesses.

Your responsibilities include:

Team Leadership
- Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing squad.
- Set clear expectations and provide detailed feedback for performance growth.

Execution and Strategy
- Drive growth at a rapid pace, implementing new ideas and scaling innovative solutions.

Brand & Networking Growth
- Establish United Media as the go-to destination for industry knowledge, inspiration, and networking.

Conference Operations & Strategy
- Supervise planning, budget, and execution of high-profile conferences.

Client & Business Development
- Identify partnerships to expand with existing clients and coordinate with business development teams for new acquisitions.

Cross-Team Coordination
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project goals are achieved efficiently.

Requirements
We're looking for sharp, unconventional thinkers with the following attributes:
Ideal Candidates Have:

+4 years’ experience from a high-impact environment such as:
- Management consulting
- Investment banking
- Top-tier corporate teams or an ambitious start-up

Education: A Bachelor’s degree with honours (or outstanding results). An MBA is a strong asset.

Driven by: Strong commercial awareness, a genuine passion for building and leading companies.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal ability to influence, inspire, and engage.

Proven Result Track Record: A reputation for meeting results across fast-paced environments.

Eligibility: Must have UK/EU/US work permit eligibility.
