About the Role
Venue Finding / Sourcing Specialist (UK Remote)
Join our global client dedicated team as a Venue Finding / Sourcing Specialist, where you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. In this dynamic role, you’ll excel in negotiations, sourcing extraordinary venues, and ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with our clients’ event vision. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Request for Proposal (RFPs) meet all client needs for both hotel and non-hotel suppliers.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and integrity when negotiating with vendors.
- Negotiate supplier contracts to achieve the best possible prices and concessions, exceeding savings expectations for meetings.
- Provide expert consultation throughout the entire sourcing process, offering tailored recommendations for venue selection.
- Prepare a detailed availability grid with proposed venue options, tracking progress from first quote to final negotiations.
What You Bring to the Role
We look for a sourcing specialist who thrives in:
- Crafting and negotiating venue contracts that deliver exceptional value.
- Mastering Cvent RFP tools with expertise.
- Developing strong client and vendor relationships while ensuring all needs are met.
- Managing multiple sourcing assignments with efficiency and creativity.
- Presenting venue proposals in multiple formats, showcasing thorough insight.
- Staying ahead of industry trends to offer tailored recommendations.
- Utilising tools for seamless data management and communication with vendors.
Nice to Haves
Experience in:
- Venue booking tools.
- Sourcing venues specifically for financial services clients.

- Location: UK remote-based
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
