About The Role
Join our global client operations team as a Venue Finding / Sourcing Specialist, where you’ll be at the heart of crafting unforgettable experiences for our clients! In this dynamic role, you’ll excel in negotiations, sourcing premium venues, and ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with our clients’ events. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Request for Proposal (RFPs) meet all client needs for hotel and non-hotel suppliers.
- Maintain the highest level of quality, professionalism, and integrity in all supplier engagements.
- Negotiate supplier contracts to secure the best possible prices, discounts, and concessions—delivering cost savings aligned with client budget expectations.
- Act as a strategic advisor throughout the sourcing process, offering tailored suggestions to achieve meeting success in proposed venues.
- Develop availability grids with viable options, tracking shifts from initial quotes to negotiated terms.
Requirements & Skills
What You’ll Excel At
- Negotiating contracts that deliver superior value for money.
- Using the Cvent RFP tool with confidence.
- Building and sustaining relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Managing multiple venue sourcing projects with efficiency and creativity.
- Presenting venue options to stakeholders in clear, compelling formats that highlight your expertise.
- Staying ahead of industry trends to curate tailored, cutting-edge recommendations.
- Leveraging data management and vendor communication tools effectively.

Experience You’d Have (Preferred)
- Familiarity with venue booking software.
- Prior experience sourcing venues for financial services clients.
Work Details
- Location: UK Remote role.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.
