Job Description: Venues Communications Specialist

About the Role
In this role, you will lead internal communications for Grosvenor and Mecca, bringing together:
- Brand-specific content
- Company updates
- Leadership messages
- Crisis management
Your strategic mindset will shine as you collaborate with key stakeholders, offering guidance on communication formats that resonate with our diverse audiences. Embracing cultural nuances and inclusion will be at the heart of everything you do, helping to build a connected, engaged and informed colleague experience.

The role requires in-office presence 2 days per week, with occasional travel for monthly People Meetings.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will:
- Be adept in digital communications and social media platforms, with proficiency in using software to enhance internal comms.
- Have previously held an internal communications role.
- Hold experience in delivering internal communications across a multi-site business.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, excellent writing and proofreading skills, and the ability to manage confidential information.
- Ideally have a background in comms with strong project management abilities.
- Have experience in:
- Creating and managing comms plans,
- Engaging stakeholders during significant change projects,
- Being future-focused, positive about new approaches, and actingively challenging the status quo.
