Company Description Searcys are looking for a creative and results-driven Venues Marketing Manager with a passion for high-end dining. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Venues Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across a portfolio of prestigious, high-profile venues. This is an exciting opportunity to shape campaigns, drive sales, and collaborate with teams across a diverse hospitality and events estate. You will act as the key marketing contact for venue teams, delivering innovative campaigns, supporting sales activity, and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. As a Venues Marketing Manager you will receive the following industry leading benefits: 50% discount across Searcys venues Enrolment into the Searcys pension scheme Up to 35 days annual leave (dependant on job role) Access to everyday discounts and communication portal Employee assistance programme Enrolment into Searcys Champagne School Meals provided on shift when working within one of our venue Annual celebration event Cycle to work scheme Your birthday off to celebrate in style A day off to volunteer / give back to the charity of your choice Job Description Full Time Salary: Competitive Key Responsibilities Develop and execute seasonal and tactical marketing campaigns (e.g. Christmas, summer, key events) Create and manage an annual venue marketing calendar aligned with central brand and sales strategies Act as the primary marketing contact for venue teams, supporting: Social media content Email campaigns (e-shots) Website updates Third-party listings Drive sales enablement and lead generation campaigns Work closely with venue sales teams to support conversion Produce and manage marketing collateral and content creation Coordinate and attend photoshoots where required Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers (designers, printers, agencies) Ensure all marketing materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards Support client relationships and attend meetings when required Qualifications Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, events, or multi-site environments Strong campaign planning and execution skills Confident copywriter with excellent attention to detail Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects Commercially aware with a focus on driving revenue Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Additional Information We are the oldest caterer in the UK, having been founded in 1847, working with us will give you an opportunity to be part of some of London’s most prestigious events, gaining insights and mentoring from skilled and experienced colleagues, as well as getting a chance to be part of a storied legacy in the hospitality industry.
