Vertical Creator Manager (Music) 12 Month Fixed-term Contract - TikTok LIVE - London
Responsibilities
About the team
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
The LIVE Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic UK TikTok LIVE Vertical Creator Manager to help us acquire & grow our Music Creators, influencing them and coaching them to go LIVE consistently.
Responsibilities
- Research and map the current TikTok LIVE Music ecosystem to refine our SOP for Music creator recruitment, onboarding, and growth. Define clear timelines, goals, and KPIs including creators recruited, revenue growth, and market share.
- Partner with the Acquisitions & Community Music Manager to recruit Music talent on and off platform, with primary focus on on-platform. Execute the full SOP post-recruitment: deliver 1:1 and group training, educational workshops, and ongoing account support to improve content quality, livestream performance, and monetisation within the Music vertical.
- Partner with the Acquisitions & Community Music Manager and TikTok agencies to train agency managers on best practices for managing Music creators. Equip agencies with the tools, frameworks, and knowledge to operate in alignment with TikTok's standards, helping to grow both the Music creator ecosystem and the wider community.
- Develop Music-specific education tailored to creators building a livestreaming career rather than a traditional Music career, recognising that the latter cohort requires targeted motivation to stream consistently.
- Analyse creator performance data on a regular cadence, identify trends, and iterate the SOP accordingly to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with EU regional teams and the Campaigns team to design Music vertical campaigns that incentivise consistent LIVE activity and complement existing market initiatives.
- Develop events and projects that maximise livestreaming time and energise both creators and their audiences. Where possible, leverage existing music industry contacts and source partnerships with music industry partners to deliver tailored experiences for top Music creators.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
