Are you a compassionate, enthusiastic individual with a passion for animal welfare and exceptional client care? We're looking for a Veterinary Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team at Bramley Vets for Pets.
Our practice is bright, spacious, purpose-built to industry-leading standards, and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including digital X-ray and in-house laboratory services.
As a Veterinary Care Assistant, you will support the practice team with a range of non-clinical duties, helping to ensure the smooth running of the practice and delivering the highest standards of patient and client care.
This role would be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and progress towards a future Student Veterinary Nurse position.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week on a varied shift pattern. Salary will be paid in line with the National Minimum Wage.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be the friendly and welcoming first point of contact for clients and their pets when they visit the practice.
- Provide helpful guidance by maintaining a strong understanding of the practice’s services and any additional support available.
- Remain calm, attentive, and focused on meeting the needs of both clients and their pets.
- Bring enthusiasm, energy, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent service.
- Be comfortable handling a variety of situations, from supporting clients during difficult moments to celebrating the excitement of a new puppy’s first visit.
- Help create a positive, friendly, and supportive atmosphere alongside the wider practice team.
