Fitzpatrick Referrals is looking to expand its growing team of Veterinary Care Assistants.
The role is central to the care of our patients, working alongside and offering support to a dedicated team of surgeons, nurses, and care assistants.
Experience working with animals, or volunteering and/or an animal management certificate is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be given. We are looking for committed people, dedicated to the care and welfare of our patients, with an ability to work independently, use initiative, and communicate well within a team.

As a key support role, the veterinary care assistant team assist the nurses and clinicians in many areas, with this role in particular focusing on patient care in our wards both pre and post-operatively.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week including weekends as per the rota.
