We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Veterinary Care Assistant to join our friendly team at Northwich Vets for Pets.
Our practice is bright, spacious, air-conditioned, and purpose-built to industry-leading standards. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including digital X-ray and an in-house laboratory, we are conveniently located within Pets at Home at Chester Way Retail Park, close to local amenities, excellent transport links, and just half a mile from Northwich train station.
As a Veterinary Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. Working closely with the clinical team, you will assist with a range of non-clinical duties while helping to ensure the highest standards of patient care and client service are always maintained.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience within a veterinary environment, particularly those who may wish to progress into a Student Veterinary Nurse role in the future.
About The Role
- 30-40 hours per week
- Varied shift pattern between 8:30am and 6:30pm
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
- Salary in line with National Minimum Wage
